Refund policy

Returns
  • If you need to return an item, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for return postage which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom orders
    • Items on sale
    • Gift Cards
Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the problem.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll let you know that status of your refund. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
